At GolfRoots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment; if your new or used clubs don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your golf clubs or accessories in their original packaging or a similar protective box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pro shop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
